Tuna breaseado tiborna with peppers

2 high tuna steaks
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Roasted Peppers into strips
watercress to taste
4 slices wheat bread
2 cloves garlic


Start by toasting the bread, then rub with the garlic cloves and drizzle it with olive oil. Heat a grill with some olive oil and grill the tuna for about a minute on each side, so that golden on the outside and pink on the inside. Remove the steaks from the heat, place them on a cutting board and let them rest. Spoon over the bread slices some watercress leaves, then the peppers and finally the sliced tuna. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
