Grilled lobster on the plate
2 clean and halved lobster without guts
1/4 cup (tea) of olive oil
1/4 tablespoon fresh rosemary
Place the lobster on the grill with the shell facing down. Season with olive oil and Rosemary and let broil until meat whiten. Turn to the other side to finish grilling. Place the lobster on a plate and season again with the butter sauce.
