General characteristics of the species
Bone fish. It presents the oblique and compressed body. Adults are typically dark gray in color with light spots or spots that are unevenly distributed throughout the body. They inhabit rocky bottoms in the infra-coastal zone. It can reach a total length of up to about 86 cm.
