General characteristics of the species

Bone migratory fish. Pectoral fins of moderate size. Blue in color, the bottom flanks are uniformly silver or crossed by punctuated rows arranged vertically. The belly is white. The first dorsal fin is black, the second dorsal and anal fin black. Pinules are black with a yellow streak. It can reach a total length of up to about 200 cm.
